A modified analogue of human growth-hormone-releasing hormone residues 1–29 without the drug-affinity-complex modification. Ipamorelin is a synthetic pentapeptide. Identifiers: CAS 170851-70-4, formula C38H49N9O5, molecular weight 711.9 g/mol. Brands also use the names NNC 26-0161, Ipamorelin acetate. A synthetic pentapeptide developed as a selective growth-hormone secretagogue by Novo Nordisk.
