How escrow works on EU Peptide Marketplace
You never pay a brand directly. Your payment is held in escrow from the moment it arrives until your parcel is in your hands, which means the brand is paid for delivering, not for taking an order.
- You pay into escrow. Choose your products from one or several brands and pay in crypto, or from your Escrow Wallet balance. The checkout detects the payment by itself.
- We order from the brand. Once the funds are confirmed, we place and pay the order with the brand on your behalf.
- The brand ships to you. Tracking appears in your account as soon as the brand provides it. UK brands ship from the UK, EU brands from inside the EU.
- You confirm delivery. Press “Release payment” on your order when the parcel arrives. If you do nothing and open no claim, the payment is released 7 days after the order is marked delivered.
- Something wrong? Open a claim from the order page while the funds are still held. If the claim is upheld, the money is refunded to your Escrow Wallet or back to you.
Fees and limits
The escrow and service fee is 8% of the order, with a minimum of €10, and it is shown as its own line before you pay. The minimum order is €100 of products, and you can combine brands to reach it. A parcel still in transit 14 days after payment is flagged for review.
What escrow does not do
Escrow protects the payment. It does not test products or vouch for a brand, and it does not change the rules that apply to importing research materials into your country.
