What is EU Peptide Marketplace?
A marketplace that lists research peptide brands based in the UK, the EU and Switzerland in one catalogue. You pay once, the money is held in escrow, we order from the brand and the brand is paid only after your parcel arrives.
Are the brands verified?
No. Brands are listed, not verified or endorsed. Each brand page sets out where the company says it is based, what it publishes about lab testing and any public points buyers have raised, so you can judge for yourself. Escrow protects your payment, not the product.
Which brands ship from the UK and which from the EU?
Every listing and brand page shows the ship-from country, and the Shop by country page groups brands by it. UK buyers avoid customs with UK brands, EU buyers with brands in the Netherlands, Cyprus or Romania.
Will I pay customs or import VAT?
Possibly, if the parcel crosses the UK-EU border or comes from Switzerland. Orders that stay on one side of the border normally do not. Our UK and EU delivery guide explains each route.
Why are prices in euros?
The store runs in euros because most of the market is in the EU. Visitors in the UK see prices converted to pounds at the daily European Central Bank rate. You pay the crypto equivalent of the euro total.
How do I pay?
In cryptocurrency, such as BTC or USDT, or from a pre-funded Escrow Wallet balance. The checkout shows the exact amount and detects the payment automatically.
What does the escrow and service fee cover?
It is 8% of the order, minimum €10, and covers placing the order with the brand, holding the payment and handling claims. It is shown as a separate line before you pay.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes, €100 of products per order before the fee. You can combine brands to reach it.
When is the brand paid?
When you press Release payment on your order, or automatically 7 days after the order is marked delivered if no claim is open.
My order has not arrived. What do I do?
Open the order in My Account and choose Report a problem, then Item not delivered. The money stays in escrow while the claim is reviewed. Parcels still in transit 14 days after payment are flagged automatically.
Are products lab tested?
Many brands publish certificates of analysis from labs such as Janoshik. Where a certificate has been matched to a listing it is shown on the product page and in the lab report library. A certificate covers the sample that was tested, not every batch.
